Delivery & Shipping

Gluten Free Grocer delivers within Australia using Australia Post and Fastway Couriers delivery services. Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekend or public holidays.

A signature may be required when your order is delivered; we recommend you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order and sign for it. On some occasion if no one is available to sign for your order, a card may be left in your letter box advising you to collect your delivery from your local post office or arrange a new delivery time. If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please make sure you indicate these instructions in the comments section when you’re finalising your purchase as you are checking out.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AU$) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout.

Order Cut-off Times

Sunday - Friday is 4PM EST (for next day shipping*).
All orders received before 4PM EST will be shipped the following day. Orders received after 4PM EST will be shipped the following day.
* We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping may be delayed if we are out of stock of an item that you have ordered. We will contact you and inform you of this.

    • Brown / Lime Zone: $5.50    |    Red Zone: $12.95    |    Orange Zone: $15.95    |    White / Green Zone: $18.95

  • Grey Zone: $18.95 (Maximum of 5kg per order)*.
    *For Grey Zone customers, our staff will contact you with extra costs if your order is over 5kg.

  • Queensland Metro: 1-3 business days to arrive*
  • New South Wales Metro: 1-3 business days to arrive*
  • Victoria Metro: 1-3 business days to arrive*
  • ACT Metro: 1-3 business days to arrive*
  • South Australia Metro: 3-5 business days to arrive*
  • Tasmania Metro: 4-5 business days to arrive*
  • Western Australia Metro: 5-7 business days to arrive*
  • Northern Territory:  5-7 business days to arrive *

*Excludes Public Holidays and Christmas/New Year Periods. Christmas/New Year is always a busy period, please be aware extra time should be allowed to accommodate any unforeseen delivery delays during this peak period.

Important Information

  • Delivery Times listed are from time of shipping not time of order.
  • Delivery times to regional areas and areas outside metro may be longer than the times stated below
  • Deliveries are made during business hours Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • We will always endeavour to accommodate where possible individual requests regarding specific delivery times and days
  • Please note however final delivery time is always in the hands of our external courier company
  • Our orders feature bar-codes with easy electronic tracking capabilities.
